At Sjirt, we do things a little differently. Every t-shirt is printed only after you place your order. This way, we prevent overproduction, waste, and unnecessary impact on the environment. You always receive a unique, consciously made product – created just for you.

❌ No returns for size or style choices
Because every shirt is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The chosen size doesn’t fit (please always check our size chart carefully before ordering)
- The colors or print look different than expected
- You’ve changed your mind or the style doesn’t suit you after all
This allows us to stay true to our promise: no unnecessary production and no waste.
✅ When we will, of course, help you
Your satisfaction and product quality are always our top priorities. That’s why we’ll take full responsibility if there is:
- A production defect (tears, misprint, etc.)
- A wrong item delivered (different size or design than ordered)
- A product that arrives damaged
In these cases, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost, or work with you on a suitable solution.
📩 How to request a return or replacement
- Report the issue within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@sjirt.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the problem.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with the solution.
