- All our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand production.
- Slight variations in colors, sizing, or print placement may occur and are considered normal in the production process.
- Availability is subject to our production partners and materials. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
- An order is considered final once payment has been received.
- We accept payments via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Mollie). Sjirt does not store or have access to your full payment details.

4. Shipping and Delivery
- Since our products are made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect the package may require the customer to cover reshipment costs.
- Sjirt is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because each product is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer
- Dissatisfaction with colors, prints, or style preferences
- Change of mind after ordering
We will, however, accept returns or issue replacements in the following cases:
- The product arrives defective or damaged
- You receive the wrong product or size compared to your order
To request a replacement, please contact support@sjirt.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Sjirt and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
- By submitting custom designs (if applicable), you confirm that you own the rights to the design and grant Sjirt permission to print it for your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sjirt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for your order.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from misuse, incorrect washing, or alterations of our products.
